Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use iavirtuals.com. Please read them before you buy a number. If something is unclear, write to us.

1. Who we are

IAVirtuals sells temporary phone numbers that receive SMS verification codes, through the website iavirtuals.com. IAVirtuals is operated by an individual based in Cameroon; it is not a registered company.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and pay.
• Use an email address you can read. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can sign up with an email and a password, or with your Google account.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms (see section 5).

3. How numbers work

• You choose an app and a country. The price is shown in US dollars before you confirm, and it is taken from your wallet when you buy.
• A number waits about 20 minutes for an SMS. When a code arrives, it is shown in your dashboard.
• If no code arrives in time, the number is cancelled and eligible orders are refunded to your wallet automatically. You can also cancel a number yourself before a code arrives.
• Once a code has been delivered, the purchase is final and is not refunded.
• The numbers come from a third-party supplier and are temporary: you cannot use them later to receive more codes. Do not use them for accounts you need to keep for a long time, for example to recover a password.
• Some apps refuse certain numbers (for example "this number was used recently"). We cannot control this. If no code arrives, the rules above apply.

4. Prices, wallet and payments

• Prices and your wallet balance are in US dollars. Prices can change at any time; if a price changes while you are buying, you are shown the new price and asked to confirm again.
• You add money to your wallet by mobile money (MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money in Cameroon) through our payment provider, Fapshi. You pay in CFA francs (XAF) at the rate shown before you pay; that rate includes the payment costs.
• Your wallet is credited once the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
• Your balance can only be used to buy numbers on IAVirtuals. It is not paid out in cash and it is not a bank account. It stays available on your account.
• Cancelled and refunded numbers are credited back to your wallet, not to your mobile money account.
• If money left your mobile money account but your wallet was not credited, write to us with the payment reference shown on your Wallet page. We check it with the payment provider.

5. Acceptable use

Use IAVirtuals only for lawful purposes. You must not use our numbers for fraud, scams, spam, harassment, pretending to be someone else or any other illegal activity. You are responsible for following the rules of the apps and websites you verify with our numbers.

If we believe an account is used against these rules, we may refuse orders, cancel waiting numbers or suspend the account.

6. Availability

We work to keep the site available, but it can be interrupted, for example during maintenance or when our suppliers have problems. Stock and prices depend on our supplier and can change without notice.

7. Responsibility

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by an app refusing a number, by losing access to an account verified with a temporary number, or by events outside our control. If we are responsible for a problem with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we announce it on the site. By continuing to use IAVirtuals after a change, you accept the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Cameroon.
